Collaborative Team Management
1 Introduction
In Linkincrease, cross-team collaboration relationships between teams are divided into two categories based on the initiator of the collaboration invitation: Invited by Me and Invited to Me. These two types of relationships correspond to different collaboration scenarios and data collaboration responsibilities, with detailed explanations as follows:
- Invited by Me : External partner teams that successfully join after our team initiates a collaboration invitation. For the Supply Chain Collaboration Spaces (SCCS) created by our team subsequently, we can independently add such partner teams to jointly participate in the collection of business data within the corresponding SCCS.
- Invited to Me : Partner teams that initiate collaboration invitations to our team and invite our team to join. When such partner teams carry out collaboration in the SCCS they created, our team will be required to cooperate in providing the corresponding business data to complete the data docking in supply chain collaboration.
2 Invited by Me
2.1 Invite a Collaborative Team
(Only members with "Team Settings" permission can perform this operation)
Enter the "Collaborative Team Management" page, switch to the "Invited by Me" tab, and click the 【+ Invite】 button in the upper right corner (corresponding to the operation entry marked ① in the picture);
In the pop-up "Invite a Collaborative Team" window, enter the team code provided by the other party's administrator (corresponding to the input box marked ② in the picture), and the system will automatically match and display the corresponding team name;
After confirming that the matched team information is correct, click the "Invite Team" button in the window (corresponding to the operation marked ③ in the picture):
- After the operation is completed, the team immediately becomes an official collaborative team of our team. Subsequently, we can add this collaborative team to participate in data management in the SCCS (Supply Chain Collaboration Space) where the other party's collaboration is needed;
- The administrator of the other team can view the record of this collaboration relationship in the "Invited to Me" list on their team's "Collaborative Team Management" page, so as to cooperate in participating in the data collaboration of the corresponding SCCS later.

2.2 Delete a Collaborative Team
After deleting a collaborative team:
- The collaborative team is removed from the collaboration list; at the same time, the team will be removed from all SCCS where it participates in our team's collaboration, but the data that the team participated in collaborating on will be retained permanently.
- The other team will no longer be able to view all SCCS data collaborated on with our team.

2.3 List Viewing and Filtering
- You can filter by entering keywords such as team name, short name, and team code;
- You can also select the participating SCCS to view which teams are participating in the collaboration for each SCCS.

3 Invited to Me
3.1 List Viewing and Filtering

- You can filter by entering keywords such as team name, short name, and team code;
- You can also select the SCCS participating in the collaboration to view the other party's team information.
