V. How We Protect Your Personal Information
We value the security of your personal information and adopt both technical and organizational measures consistent with industry standards to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, destruction, or loss. Examples include:
- All data of Linkincrease is hosted on Huawei Cloud. As China’s leading cloud service provider, Huawei Cloud offers infrastructure that mitigates risks of data loss caused by stolen or failed hard drives, or even entire regional outages.
- Linkincrease performs daily data backups, which are encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm. All backups are regularly monitored for integrity and undergo verification checks to ensure that, in the event of failure, we can promptly initiate the recovery process and restore data immediately.
- Linkincrease employs Huawei Cloud's network security technologies, which include multi-layered protection and defense mechanisms. Unauthorized access is blocked through firewalls, while multiple switches and secure gateways ensure network redundancy and prevent single points of failure within the internal network.
- Linkincrease utilizes Huawei Cloud technology to defend against DDoS attacks, allowing only legitimate traffic to pass through. This prevents business interruptions caused by malicious traffic, ensuring high availability and performance for the website and APIs.
- All unused ports and accounts on Linkincrease servers are disabled. We perform regular security scans and patch upgrades on our cloud servers.
- Linkincrease has established a business continuity plan and continuously monitors its infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operation of all services.
- Linkincrease uses access control technologies to strictly manage server access rights. Based on the principles of least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC), we minimize the risk of data breaches. Access to servers requires password-protected SSH keys and two-factor authentication (2FA), and all server operations are logged and audited regularly.
- All code deployed to Linkincrease servers undergoes rigorous security checks, including automated testing, scanning, and manual code reviews. Our developers receive regular security training to ensure adherence to the latest and best secure development practices and to prevent potential vulnerabilities.
- When users access the website or upload attachments, data is transmitted in encrypted form between their devices and our data centers. HTTPS is enforced to ensure all browser communications occur over encrypted connections.
- To ensure lawful access to data, Linkincrease employs an internationally standardized authentication system that integrates identity management, authentication, and role-based authorization. Through user identity verification, authorization checks, and business identity tagging, we form an end-to-end authentication framework that prevents unauthorized data access. Based on this secure authentication, Linkincrease follows SaaS multi-tenancy best practices to ensure complete data isolation between user teams.
- Linkincrease conducts regular professional vulnerability scans. These include web vulnerability scanning, operating system vulnerability scanning, asset compliance detection, configuration baseline scanning, and weak password detection. This comprehensive approach enables us to automatically detect security risks exposed on websites or servers, providing multi-dimensional cloud security assessment services that meet compliance requirements and leave no security weakness unaddressed.
We use encryption technologies, anonymization, and other reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information, and employ trusted security mechanisms to prevent your personal information from being maliciously attacked.
We have established a dedicated security team, security management policies, and data security procedures to safeguard your personal information. We enforce strict data usage and access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal information, and we conduct timely security audits of our data and technology.
Despite the aforementioned reasonable and effective measures and our compliance with standards required by applicable laws and regulations, please understand that due to technological limitations and possible malicious means, in the internet industry, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security of information at all times, even with our best efforts to enhance security measures. We will do our utmost to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us. You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience issues due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive steps to protect the security of your personal information, including but not limited to using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing your account credentials or other personal information to others.
We have formulated an emergency response plan and will immediately activate this plan in the event of a user information security incident to minimize the impact and consequences of such incidents. In the event of a user information security incident (such as data leakage or loss), we will, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, promptly inform you of: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures for you. We will notify you of relevant information promptly through push notifications, emails, letters, text messages, or other means. If it is difficult to notify individuals one by one, we will adopt reasonable and effective methods to issue public announcements. Meanwhile, we will also report the handling of the user information security incident to relevant regulatory authorities as required.
We hereby specifically remind you that the personal information protection measures provided in this Privacy Statement apply only to the Linkincrease website. Once you leave the Linkincrease website and related services to browse or use other websites, services, and content resources, we are no longer capable of, nor responsible for, protecting any personal information you submit through applications or websites outside of the Linkincrease website, regardless of whether your login or browsing of such software or websites is based on links or guidance provided by the Linkincrease website.
