1 Introduction
As a supply chain management tool supporting multi-team collaboration, Linkincrease's workbench serves as the core entry point for users to carry out supply chain collaboration management. It integrates three core modules: Order Schedule, Task Center, and SCCS List, aiming to provide users with an efficient and convenient collaboration management experience. It helps users quickly grasp key information throughout the supply chain collaboration process and improve work efficiency.
2 Layout Structure

Order Schedule
The order schedule is an exclusive reminder module for those responsible for milestones in each order. It is presented in a calendar visualization format — with dates as the core dimension, clearly marking all order milestones that need to start or end on each date. It distinguishes between "to be started" and "to be ended" statuses through exclusive identifiers, helping responsible persons quickly identify task types. Responsible persons can intuitively grasp daily to-do milestone tasks through the current calendar without switching pages for inquiries, avoiding schedule omissions due to scattered information. It also supports switching to view calendars of previous and next months, facilitating advance planning of the long-term milestone progress rhythm, ensuring all links of supply chain orders proceed as planned, and effectively reducing the risk of milestone delays.
Task Center
The task center is the core hub for users' full-scenario task management, covering two major dimensions related to you: "to-do tasks" and "issued tasks". As a contact person for the collaborative team, you can also manage the collaborative tasks received by the team. You can check the task processing status (pending, in progress, completed) in real-time. Meanwhile, it supports star-marking tasks to help efficiently manage key tasks.
SCCS Panel
The SCCS (Supply Chain Collaboration Space) list is a convenient entry for users to quickly access the target collaboration space. The SCCS panel displays the SCCSs that users participate in collaborating with / manage, supports grouping and searching, and allows quick creation of SCCSs, facilitating users to directly reach the target collaboration space for work. It also integrates the SCCS views most frequently visited by users, reduces users' searching costs through intelligent sorting, and clicking the corresponding view can directly enter core function pages such as order management and work order collaboration, significantly improving the efficiency of entering the target collaboration scenario and helping you quickly carry out supply chain collaboration work.
